ZERO. I wish there is a ZERO. Very bad communication system. John, the manager at U Haul Broadview cancelled my appointment which was set 2 weeks ago without notifying me. I took a day off for this appointment. When I went there, he told me that he cancelled my appointment and that he will refund me my shipping payment for my hitch, saying that hitch trailers are in back order until next year and won’t know when it will come. I wish I was notified sooner. What a waste of my time. I was so disappointed ‘coz I recalled that the lady in the customer service specifically told me that there is one available for my vehicle.nSo, when I went home, I checked online and looked for any availability in other locations, it is AVAILABLE in all locations including U Haul Broadview. I felt that he did not want to install the hitch as the price that I agreed upon with receipt is $221.94 at the time when I ordered it but the new pricing now is $478.44. Why lie John? I believe in Karma.

One of the worst experiences with this company. If I could qualify with zero, I would. The manager on duty on Thursday, 7/2/2020 at 12:00 PM told me that he completely forgot to review the reservations for that day. He sent me to another very remote location in Illinois to pick up the truck. It was rude, and he didn't mind his problem. Why the h* did I book a week in advance, what is the use of planning, if a person who is supposed to be offering a service doesn't care about a reservation?

The price is right the trucks were not very clean but for the price there is surely worth it. The staff was friendly and informative. One of Chicago lands classic businesses.
