Mr. Doy was the best! He was very very nice and gave us awesome recommendations on what to do while in Chicago! The best concierge!
Room was outdated -, not a single USB port anywhere to b found. However that does not come close to the awful bed. Avoid #719. Scratch that. Avoid this nasty run down poor excuse for a hotel. We'd have een better off on the side of I88.
It's a little dated. There is a parking garage that's a little scary when you're alone. The refrigerator in my room didnt work. But overall, it's well kept
They had indoor parking and parking was close to an entrance, very convenient during the cold nights. Can rate them in anything else sense covid has changed so much. Rooms are comfortable, clean .alittle outdated but not In a bad shape.
I booked a reservation for a king with balcony a week prior to checkin. When I arrived they told me they gave my room away and put me in a double bed.. but they still tried to charge me the same rate as the king balcony. The management claudia is rude and unhelpful gave me the wrong number to corporate. I had to argue just for a $20 credit on a double room because they were still charging me the SAME RATE! Plus is VALENTINES DAY WHO SLEEPS IN A DOUBLE BED ON VALENTINES DAY!
