I have been here twice, both times to have items repaired. Each time the items were repaired nicely and in a reasonable amount of time. The staff is professional and friendly. Not 100% sure, but I believe it is family owned. Prices were very reasonable too.

I brought my 27 year old wedding band here and had it up-sized for my presently bigger finger. The craftsmanship is excellent and the ring looks better then ever. Excellent value for the quality work performed.

The staff at the Oak Park Jewelers we’re so nice and helpful. I had a necklace made. I was in several different times and they helped me and answered all my questions. I’m so happy with my necklace. I will continue to do all my jewelry shopping with them and recommend them to all my friends!!

Brand new customer to Oak Park Jewelers. I happened to stop in on a whim and am I glad that I did. There is a caring vibe there that you don’t get in retail much less at a jewelry store. It feels like you’re going to visit an old friend who just happens to have a beautiful assortment of jewelry!

From the little things like repairs or cleanings to bigger purchases, the staff is courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. The provide excellent advice in a no pressure manner, and the prices are reasonable considering the quality you are getting. Can't say enough good things.
