LOFT

I was in earlier this week and had the best retail experience of my life. Brittney and Samantha were exceptionally friendly and sociable. The item I wanted to purchase had a small smudge on it and Brittney offered to clean it. I mentioned that it was for a special event and she offered to even steam the garment for me. They were so patient and helpful I would HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone! The dress I bought was on an even better sale than I thought and ended up being 20% of the original cost—a total bargain. I got so many compliments on it today!!

I love this store. Nice clothes

I like shopping at Loft in general, but there's one older lady who works here who I always feel discriminated against whenever I go in. I don't know her name, but she's always staring at me when I go through this store. This last time when I went to try something on she followed me into the dressing room and pretended to be shuffling around some clothes but had her on on my door the whole time. Could see her through the crack in the door... Horrible! I live in the area so it's easier for me to come here but cringe if I see her working. All other workers have been very friendly.

I caught a very nice sale on quality items here. The service was friendly and very helpful.

Clothes are beginning to be made cheaper.
