Allison was amazing! I was in a budget and in a hurry as my wedding is in a few days. I described that I just needed an affordable simple wedding band nothing too fancy and she led me to exactly that. I toured every jewelry store in the mall but Allison’s pick was too good to pass up! Since the wedding is so soon and there is no time for sizing she added this rubber stopper to make sure that the ring doesn’t slip off in the meantime of it getting sized. No other store showed me this customer service and no other store had a ring as beautiful as the one Allison picked out. Thank you!!

Literally the worst customer service ever! We have attempted to buy jewelry from this place a few times. We came in to look at a certain piece I found online and had to wait over 30 minutes to be greeted by someone. We were not happy with the customer service and ended up buying else where. This past Christmas I bought a necklace online, but did not like the piece when it arrived. I was going to mail it back but I called the store and they said they would be able to take me right away for the return. When I got there there were only 2 people working and I was to be helped next. It took over an hour for it to be “my turn”. When the gentleman was done he walked away from the counter for over 10 minutes instead of showing urgency to help me. I was then cut in line by the police - that showed up after me to do a “report”- bc they have x amount of rings that have gone missing from their inventory. Wow! (Then the manager was praised for turning the report into a sale with the officer) oh please! Mind you I was still waiting at this point. I will never shop at Kay Jewelers! Learn to respect your customers time!

I gave 3 stars because I appreciate the jewelry in the past, which brought me back again this past Christmas season. But here is my most recent experience.nI bought a necklace online, to have delivered to Kay 3 weeks before Christmas. When I went to pick it up, it is entirely different than what I ordered. I order a cuban link, they send a chain and giant cross on it. The manager made it right, looked for it in another store, and tried to have delivered by Christmas. Also, tried to have me purchase a different item, they didn't have what I wanted and I declined. I would wait for the delivery.nNever received a call and after several days, I call them-no answer. I checked back for 3 days in a row, to see if the piece I ordered, and already paid for was delivered. NOTHING. So is it the online shopping headquarters fault? Send wrong piece just to get you in the store to be sold another/different thing than ordered? that's bad business. Or was it never going to be delivered anyway-why can't the manager tell me that instead of wasting my time. I was never notified of it EVER being delivered even a week after Christmas. I returned it-received full credit, easy, efficient, simple in early January.nHere's my problem that I started to have-When I returned to the store, I was BLATANTLY IGNORED by a male associate cleaning jewelry in the middle kiosk. Is it because he knew me and that I wasn't going to purchase a different more expensive item OR my appearance, that you assume I can't drop a couple hundred immediately so why waste the time? Actually I did by a silver men's bracelet, that date. AND I SAW your rolling eyes when the young woman rung me up on 12/23 at closing time for $115. I spent a few thousand in that store in May 2019 for wedding bands.nFinally after the final visit 12/24, and not getting what I already paid for, I went across the mall atrium and bought the cuban link over there at another major jewelry retailer.n1-Dont trick people to get in the store, sell something elsen2-Don't assume someone cant buy because of their looks/clothesn3-Don't disrespect people by rolling eyes, mocking them behind their backnManager-thank you for your help and attention, Kay thank you for returning/crediting what you never delivered on.

Horrible customer service twice I been there. I purchased a necklace came there to pick it up. I was in there for 20mins. Not one employee greeted me or to see if I needed help. One employee went to back and other sat at the desk typing away. I decided to walk up there n asked if they worked their his name was Josh. He goes yes...I proceed to explain my issue about how I been waiting. His response was that he didn’t know I needed help. He figured I was being helped already. I requested a refund instead of picking up my necklace. I refuse to spend money at location that has horrible customer service. Still waiting on my refund from the necklace.

I was in the store in North Riverside and l went to get a ring sized. Mary was assisting me and she was very.professional hands down.Thank you do much Mary for a job well done.
