Zales

We have shopped around with other jewelers, and found Zales has the best customer service. No long wait times- they manage to take care of us quickly every time we come in. The manager, Sharon goes above and beyond to help us every time. Yesterday she helped us send in my ring for service and we added warranties on some other pieces we recently purchased. Zales has beautiful jewelry and always has fair prices. Big thanks to Sharon for all her help!

Would recommend, they have a nice inventory with great designs and reasonable prices. Note: I did not have a great experience ordering a ring online with Zales. Luckily I was able to resolve my issues with a great customer service representative named Lance K. KUDOS TO YOU LANCE K. for saving my Christmas.
