If I could give 0 stars I would. I have had to come back 3 different times because he keeps ordering the wrong charm. I’m paying $400 I expect what I want and also what you’re showing me. If you can’t deliver that then say that. I’ve asked him to call me before getting the charm and told him do not get the charm if it is not the exact one that he is showing me in the book yet he keeps getting the wrong charm. Then says how he is so sorry in the most condescending way. Definitely will be contacting my lawyer about getting a refund for my deposit. Don’t fall for the senile old man routine he puts on!!!!

Got my quinceñera ring here and it has a couple diamonds however, one of them got black, looks fake.

I've had CALLED to REPAIR5 watched. Put new batteries & shorten the links of the watch.. The guy in charge, said we are closed right NOW.. Then, my wife CALLED back 10 minutes LATER, he said they open late, come in we'll take care of you.... Amazing how selling VS repairing are open.....

I will only go to this jeweler. I have had work done while I waited. I always get a fair deal. Good family business.
