This company allowed an ex employee (relative) to change my policy that I have had for over 13 years. They let her change the beneficiary on my policy i had for my mother... mind you the funds are coming out of my account. I have tried to rectify the situation with no avail. This company has been giving me accuses and the run around for over 3 months now. As long as you have connections with someone at this company they will change anything. Please find another company to use...FYI: this was also done at Transamerica life insurance as well. She worked at both companies and did the same at both. They people who helped her do this needs to be fired and charged Don't trust them!
