Got cabinets and quartz counters for a project house. 1 week turnaround on cabinets and the countertops were there a few days later after they double checked measurements once cabinets were installed. They do amazing work and do it quickly. Price was right, service was great. Definitely referring to people 100%

PLEASE READ...... If you want to work with a place where no one knows what they are doing. No one knows what the policies are for any situation. Everyone says talk to someone else. Where they dont stand behind the products they assemble. Where if you dont find the damage within five days of invoicing. Yes it doesnt matter if they have deleivered the item or not. Oh and the product is shotty at best. Come here. In the 1.5 hours I was here trying to resolove an issue there were multiple people having problems, and this was just on a slow Thursday afternoon. Just terrible.

The customer service on the floor is absolutely awful. I really like the cabinets and have used them in two homes so far, and the pricing is great but it’s almost become not worth it to go back to deal with the people who work there. They beat around the bush for any question you have, and Marta in particular takes days if not a week to respond to anything. Something always comes either missing, damaged, or not made custom when you’ve paid for it. If you’re looking for professionalism go elsewhere, sometimes paying that extra $ gives you more piece of mind.

AKA Procraft Cabinetry. Beware of this business. The absolute worst product and customer service. You will gain all the possible aggravation, lack of communication, very low quality Chinese product and plenty of false promises and lies. When you spend the time and efforts to go there personally to resolve your issues, the receptionist will contact your sales person and they will deny their presence. Jordan Malpass, sales manager, repeatedly promised to make it right for the contractor and the customer. Nothing but hot air. Another man there named Notch, works as a production manager. This guy is the absolute worse experience ever. They use him to confront customers by raising his voice and attempts to intimidate customers. Very weird strategy to run a business. Didn't intimidate me just made feel like Puking every time I had to deal with him. Just a very negative experience all around to say the least. Highly unrecommended and plenty of thumbs down
