I am writing this review so this doesn't happen to anyone else! I placed an order on July 27th, 2020 with Andrew Birney. It was supposed to take two weeks. I didn't hear anything after a few weeks so I called and found the order was not even placed until August 18th. That is 23 days later. It should have been installed by then. I called Jeff Bell to let him know what happened, he is the store manager. He is not bothered by the fact that the carpet was not even ordered until I called yet again. I now have to wait another month and that is not acceptable! I hope to save someone else from this store. Having to wait two and a half months is crazy. I was supposed to take two weeks!!!
I recently renovated my 50-year-old kitchen with the help of Dan C., who worked with my contractor to provide the flooring, steps, trim and other accessories needed to complete the project. I had found the flooring that I wanted at another store, but Dan got my business when he was able to find the same flooring and answer all my contractor’s detailed questions when the other company couldn’t respond in a timely manner. He also quoted a better price, but I was more concerned about the customer service, which was excellent from the beginning to the on-time delivery.nnMy new kitchen is gorgeous, thanks to Dan and Great Floors. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.nnP.S. I posted a photo of my kitchen (backsplash isn’t done yet).
