Awesome guys came by today. Very personable, but yet professional. Explained what they were doing and how the pest control works. They wore bags on their shoes to maintain cleanliness of the household as well. Appreciated the service and would recommend.
I’m not sure what they are spraying around my house. He never lets me know. Yes it has controlled the ants in the summer but we still get mice from time to time. Spiders are seem to be gone, that’s a plus, after all it’s doing the job. The terminator it’s not friendly at all and won’t go to a room and fumigate nor even asks or knocks if the door it’s close. I give it 3 stars.
Terence was a our analyst and he was most helpful. He showed up the exact time he said he would. Walked me thru our rodent problem, answered all my questions and gave me a diagnosis on how to remedy the problem. Terence was knowledgeable and determined to solve our issues. I was very happy with his assistance and professional approach. He performed his services expertly.
This was the best service ever. I was beginning to think that we would never be rid of those roaches. Now, we can have our meals in peace. Our new technician certainly knows what she is doing. Thank you very much.
