Ikia has exceptional customer service skills. She really cares about the customers, she’s always warm and friendly. She is truly a leader and skilled at her job. I recommend if you visit the store ask for her but with her pleasant personality she’ll introduce herself and you’ll know that’s her. She is very patient and she keeps her word.

I have been a customer of this particular store for the last five years and I have been dealing with one of their knowledgeable staff Mr. Jose.  I have three phones on my account and generally upgrade them when a new model comes to the market.  Few months ago when I called to upgrade one of my phones I was told Mr. Jose has been transferred to another store in the south side.  Their new staff Mr. Edger has helped me to upgrade one of my phones. Shortly after I have upgraded the second phone on my account and I was waiting for the IPhone 12 Pro to hit the market to upgrade the third one.nnI went to the store on October 25, 2020 and placed the order for IPhone 12 pro to upgrade my third phone. They had to order it, and I was told it would come in by November 9, 2020 at the latest, but most probably before that.  I followed up the following week and the phone was not in.  I was told they would look into that and would let me know.  They have not.  When I called the store on November 12, 2020, the phone was not in yet and I was told the manager would look into that and would call me back.  He has not.  When I called for the third time on November 14, 2020, I found out the manager has not look into the problem and wanted me to go to the store so he could call the customer service at my presence.  I have called the customer service and cancelled the order.  Will not go back to that store no more.

Mo was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
