Berenice and her co-worker are a great help, I come every weekend to enjoy their presence and every time I'm here I see how hard they work. I've also noticed the customers love coming back for business because they are so well fluent with working with them. Top notch customer service! Always try to stop by for their great deals! Love the service!!! Unlike any other MetroPCS locations I have been to the Employee is full of life! Berenice is such a great help! I walked in with issues I had at another MetroPCS and she gladly helped me out and resolved the issue. She is a great help, I also decided to add a line to my account thanks to her. Despite some store policies the owner implements, great location to shop! Wonderfull clean environment. They definitely know what they are doing, I've been there a few times when Berenice isn't there... Still good help, but I love going back to her! She has an awesome personality and is very understanding. This girl is great at her job! I've also seen her deal with several different customers and it seems like she has her constant clientele and they all love coming back with her. She will make your time there very joyful. I highly recommend anyone to stop in.
