When Kim came to give me an estimate, he was thorough and very knowledgeable. I had several projects in mind, and he told me the pros and cons of each. When Kim arrived two days later and performed the work, I couldn't have been more pleased. He did an incredible job! He was friendly, helpful, and did outstanding work. Thanks again for helping out a new resident who feels fortunate to have found Byron Electrical Services.I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service! We reached out after a jacuzzi bath tub malfunctioned. Zack was dispatched to our house the next day and found the issue very quickly. His attention to detail is commendable. Kim is highly professional and commendable for his problem solving abilities. He is ethical and very competent in the trade. It was great to learn more about the trade through his education and experience in the field. He diagnosed and solved problems and also offered alternative solutions that were economically feasible. We are very thankful and the experience was well worth the time and money.

This is one top notch company. What a rarity to find these days. Every person I have dealt with over a two week period was courteous and knowledgeable. My service pro was fantastic.
