Pinnacle Electric techs really know what they are doing. They were fast, friendly, and took the time to educate me on what they needed to repair. They went above and beyond to make sure my lights were fixed right and their attention to detail was very much appreciated. They even cleaned the lens covers of the lights! They were able to trouble shoot the cause of my lights not working and not just replace parts, thus saving me money from unneeded work. Thank you Pinnacle Electric

Everyone from the owner, to the receptionist, to the customer service representative, to the technician was top notch. I was given timeframe for arrival, a text was sent when the technician was on his way along with a picture of the technician and they arrived on time. They were very prompt with their work and looked out for our best interest, not just a way to sell upgrades to make money. Not only were they were quick and timely with their estimate, they were substantially less than their competitor. I have used Pinnacle Electric a couple of times since this and will continue to use them in the future.

This was the best service ever! The electrician was professional from the beginning. He was punctual and was able to fix my electrical issues fast and with accuracy. He changed the electrical panel in a few hours without any delays and in a very professional way. I just moved to my apartment and he was very kind to change my lock and install my TV, which was not even part of his job. I could not thank him enough! I would highly recommend this company.

I was very satisfied with my experience from Pinnacle Electric. Their electrician was very knowledgeable, respectful of myself and my home, and knew what was wrong, how to fix it, and got to it! The price was reasonable and much less than expected because the fix was not as difficult as I had expected! Very grateful for the fabulous services. I highly recommend Pinnacle Electric.

Replaced two bathroom exhaust fans, replaced and relocated a dining room light fixture and a kitchen island hanging light fixture. Also corrected a crooked light switch installed incorrectly by original builder. Pinnacle Electric did a great job! We love out new whisper quiet fans and light fixtures. They were prompt in returning my call for a quote, prompt in arrival this morning, and they completed the work the same day. Thank you Pinnacle Electric!
