I called the gentleman and told him about what I was looking to have done at our rental property. He listened to what I had to say and I asked him nicely if the time slot i presented to him was acceptable and he told me to send him the info where the property was located and I asked him nicely via text to confirm the time slot since I had to notify my tenant a day in advance of his arrival, nor did he confirm via text nor did he show up the next day. That is not how a business runs nor is how people should be treated.
Vik was polite and professional. He completed the job in a timely fashion even though he was juggling multiple jobs at the time. He rotted my bathtub, replaced a faucet fixture and replaced all the pipes under my basement sink. He explained what he was doing and cleaned up when he was done. I would recommend him to all my friends.
Viktor went out of his way to come down on Sunday night to check out my AC unit. He did really good work for a very reasonable price. Glad I found him and looking forward to working with him in the future.
Vik did a wonderful job fixing up the porch and stairs at my Mother’s house. He had great insight on what needed to be done within our budget and did quality work and clean up. We will definitely be working with him on future projects.
Vik did a great job of replacing some deteriorated cedar fence posts. He gave us multiple price point options for replacement and had it done in hours! After hearing his breadth of services, we now have a whole list for him next up! Highly recommend him.
