Right when you're really in a bind, they lose all care and understanding. The doctor never calls you back, every appointment takes 2-3 hrs even for a refill. Don't let them get your hopes up! They don't actually care about you!

I've been a patient for years and they've always been helpful and understanding. They're not afraid to try different approaches which is awesome for patients that like to be involved in their care and not passive. The Westchester office is kind of janky, I don't know why they don't find a nicer place. All their other offices aren't as high in the jank scale.

Awful.......nWaiting for 1.5 hours for a shot and my poor mom hasn't even been seen yet!!!!!!!nn6 people standing around when I went in to ask if she's done - horrible

They moved my appointment from 3:30 to 1:30. I took the afternoon off and got here a little after 1:00.... it is now 3:39 and still have not been seen! But Dr. Hagle the best!

Dr.unger is the best I have been seeing him for years & he has shown me nothing but pure care/ consideration ! A beautiful person & staff is very pleasant to their patients.
