Terrible service....he is very unprofessional with me as a patient of his for approx 2 years. I just recently found out from him that my insurance had not paid their portion of my office visit cost. He let this go on for a while and just informed me and my husband recently. I contacted my insurance carrier and they gave me a payor ID and mailing address for any claims they need to submit to them for payment. I tried to provide Dr Yen with this information and he dismissed me and told me to find another doctor in my insurance provider’s network. If we had known this was going on we would have been corrected it, but they never told us anything. We pay a premium for our insurance and I dare my insurance carrier not to pay their portion of my services that they are supposed to pay. Dr Yen office did not inform us because we would have been on top of it ASAPnnDo not use Dr Yen....his attitude was nasty towards me, he raised his voice when I tried to provide him with the information my insurance gave me to provide him with for future claims. He didn’t want to hear and told me to go somewhere else as if I did something wrong. Please do not use him as a doctor....he’s terrible!!!!
