I would not recommend this place!!! The receptionist are extremely rude. I had an emergency with my son and called asking to speak to the Dr. Diveti. She wanted a full explanation i gave it to her no we will try our best, it might take some time, or i will give him the message but then told me very rudely she cant guarantee he will call me back. I said thank you have a nice day and hung up. While i am completely freaking out and wanting to speak to the DR,. So I called again and got a different receptionist who proceeded to tell me I WAS RUDE because I hung up on the previous receptionist. So I then called stream wood and the receptionist gave him the message and called back and we don't even go there. I still have not received a call back but the doctor was able to call all the receptionist and have them call me to say go to the ER. My child's impulses are unpredictable I'm not going to go to the ER when I have taken him to this doctor and multiple blood tests. I was going to try to talk to the doc about a possible partial hospitalization or medication but he doesn't care enough to call and being treated like crap by the receptionist, we will not be returning.
