Orthodontic Experts

It was my first time at Orthodontic Experts and everyone was so friendly and professional. The office was clean, and comfortable. Very modern and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get braces.

After waiting an hour for scheduled visit, I have been told that doctor is running out of time and will not accept patient. When pressed agreed to examination, but said that x-ray broke down which was at least suspicious. Did not apologize or offer any additional appointment date.

Great Service, Everything about my first visit made me comfortable they broke down everything I needed to know and made sure I understood everything before moving on. I would definitely recommend! Upon walking in the first thought is.....why does the office look like a dental office kit you could buy and put together from IKEA? Clean yes, warm and inviting a definite NO. Be wary of a place that is bribing reviews out of their patients. Its a pretty big red flag that your desperately trying to come off a great location and possibly bury the not so good ones they are going to receive. (BTW I did not get $100 off my service or 50 reward points writing this one.)nnOnce taken back the cookie cutter feeling only magnified upon seeing 2 rows of dental chairs back to back with hardly any spacing, no privacy barriers in between. I was shocked this place is even operating as this layout absolutely screams COVID super spreader set up. Imagine one massive room with 2 rows of what seemed like 10 dental chairs and stools next to each other.nnOnce I was passed off to a new hire (I totally understand we all were new at one point) however I wasn't expecting to have my head hit by the scanner that was to take an XRAY. Or have her forget to remove the ear part that was holding me in place before trying to move me.nnBy this point I am thinking oh well I've already gone this far. Might as well finish off strong. Then comes the sleazy car salesman.nnSo...this is still a healthcare profession please make sure you staff dresses appropriately. Clothes that are one or two sizes too tight, nails that are 4 inches too long and make up more for night club than a medical office is not appropriate by any means. Your staff does know that long nails are a cesspool of bacteria right?!?!nnNow I'm taken back into a private room. Finally an actually dentist comes in......and as quick as he came in, he went out. Photos of my teeth were shown. Concern was discussed and he clicked on a video showing how they correct teeth. Mind you not a demonstration of how my teeth will look. Just a demo of a dummy head with teeth and how braces work.nnOnce I am left again with the saleswoman....with no more information than what I got myself from google, comes the good stuff. Lets talk money. Turns out the salesman had no knowledge that orthodontic discount cards/plans that are not employer sponsored insurance exist. However they offer 5% off if you pay upfront the entire cost. Too bad they are so over priced it is ridiculous to even entertain the idea of coming back after witnessing it all.nnLuckily I made it out without anything lost more than an hour of my time. A knock to the head and a possible exposure to COVID.nnBEWARE!!!!!!

The ladies here at Orthodontic Experts Hillside are absolutely incredible! I’ve always experienced dentistry and orthodontics as a check in check out routine of boring and unfriendly procedures. My perspective has changed drastically! These ladies are so full of joy, they are super friendly, and I feel like I’m visiting a friend every time I go. The orthodontist Diana Torres is incredibly knowledgeable about her craft, she is very patient and kind, and makes me feel like she truly cares about my treatment. Maddie is super helpful and friendly and is awesome to work with always has a smile! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get braces or Invisalign!
