Always nice to me when I come in

This rating is for the Photo Center. The person who was taking my picture was patient and nice, however she didn't know anything about professional passport size photos. I needed a passport size photo for an official work, where you need a super white background, however they don't have a room nor photography umbrellas! The person had zero knowledge of taking photographs, she didn't give any helpful suggestions and just kept taking pictures even if the head wasn't straight. They had a dusty old white poster on the wall which they pulled down to take photos. They didn't even have a proper camera. So I highly recommend taking photos at home and just printing them out in Walgreens.

The District manager need to send in a undercover shopper to see how things are going during evening shift.

I am not surprised to hear in the news that Walgreens is not doing well. Today, walking in the store I asked about the travel accessories section. One the attendants there looked at me a bit incredulous and told me to “Right there, look at Health section.” She said in a way as if I was supposed to know. I just confirmed again to make sure that it contained the travel stuff. Big mistake. She was even more impatient which I had to point out. As I walked towards the section, I could hear them laughing. I came back to buy, not a word of acknowledgment. I don’t blame them. They are young and immature. I blame the management. They need to train better or get themselves trained. The store is a embarrassment. I don’t plan to go there anymore.
