This store is right down the street from my house. It's a quick milk or odds n ends I forgot on a major grocery shop run. The staff are usually quite friendly, the store is always clean. Parking has become a tad worse since Dollar Tree opened next door, but it's not worse than Target or Walmart. I can always fond what I need quickly & the staff are helpful if I can't. I like this store a lot better than other FDs or DGs I've been in.
I would like to give this store no stars if possible. When myself and my friend for our first couponing experience we walked into the store we were looking for a shopping cart and repeatedly asking if they were available we were ignored by staff. The staff seemed to be arguing over another staff member and their work ethic. Once we navigated through the not so clean store, we proceeded to the check out where we were refused our second orders stating that we could only get one coupon deal per person even though we were using four different phone numbers, two each. she said that that was against store policy and further accused us of being scammers. Mind you we had already shopped at the family dollar in Lyons, IL with no trouble. The store manager continued to verbally attack us as we were exiting the store. I will never shop at this store again.
Employees are great but i prefer the dollar tree. Very hit or miss with items here. Some days its totally disorganized and out of stock. other days can be better
Great price and product friendly service they have a lot of merchandise even name brands.
