Brandon Rowe was our salesperson at Castle and we would definitely go back to buy another vehicle from him. He was great to work with! He made the experience hassle and worry free. When we needed a detail on the financing fixed, he was right on it and had it all taken care of for us right away. The whole experience was better because he was attentive to every aspect of our deal. I trust him and would recommend asking for him next time you're in the market for a vehicle.

I made an apt to sell my car to Castle. Not only were we greeted immediately upon walking in, they took us prior to our scheduled time. The process of having the vehicle inspected was super quick and painless. Tom Hackett and Che Bess were such a pleasure to work with. They made me a FANTASTIC offer and I was thoroughly pleased with the entire process overall. There was zero pressure to rush me into a decision. Overall it was a great service! Quick drop off and pick up. My truck is working perfectly. The only issue I had was that the handle from the driver’s side, steering wheel, the middle compartment, and the driver seat from my truck were left super dirty.

I was looking for a while for my Canyon Denali and had talked to a number or dealerships and one came in at Castle, I called and set up a time and the Canyon was all ready and I took the test drive with Nubia Canas and she was awesome. There was no pressure from her and she explained everything. We negotiated and good price and she had me out in under a hour. I will be referring her and your dealership in the future. I give Nubia a 10 across the board for her kindness and no pressure sales it was a pleasure doing business. Ken

I went today and met with Tito he was wonderful and so helpful. I told him exactly what I wanted and needed and he quickly got me into something . I’m use to spending hours at the dealer but today I left stress free , happy , and excited for my new fully loaded Buick!! I look forward to making wonderful memories with my children in this one.
