I recently purchase a truck at Castle Buick. The sales department was Ok but not friendly. I've bought over 10 vehicle in my lifetime. The salesman always offer me something to drink after we made a deal.nnBefore I purchase the vehicle I discover that there was a nail in the front tire. The sales manager told me that they will fix it.nnThe next day that tire was flat so I went to Discount tire to have it fix. Discount tire indicate that the tire was damage because it was patch unsafe and I had to replace the tire.nnI called several times to Castle Buick and leave messages for Cory (the general manager) to call me back. It is over a week now and no one call me.nnDO NOT TRUST CASTLE WITH YOUR VEHICLE

Just bought a new 2020 Acadia SLT from castle buick in north riverside Illinois..been coming here since 2008.. the guys here are great ,especially Tito the salesman...nOther dealers try to sham you, not here...
