My husband and I do transportation and we work together. I want to let everyone know that the Lafayette LA location those ladies are very unprofessional and disrespectful, I had an issue where I was supposed to pick up at one location and do the paper work at another. Mind you we’re driving from Miami. They close at 5 pm but when you call them they tell you at 4:30pm. This ladies ask my husband to walk out of the office because he didn’t speak English!! What kind of people are this!! One of the ladies hangs up on me when I call asking for a Spanish rep, on there answering machine they have press for Spanish. We’re both very disappointed at the way we where treated! We are only trying to do our business.
I have paid the invoice the very next business day in my country after the holidays, but received late payment fee of 2 per cent of the car price. All claims and payment date confirmations declined by wire department. Customer care? Forget about it, it is not about IAA. My previous experience with another US car auction two years ago was much more positive. If you have choice, it shouldn't be IAA.
Trashhh apperently these guys bought Englishtown and Atco raceway on the east coast to expand their opporations...
I am a licensed bonded dismantle. With a paid membership. But yet I cannot bid due to the ineptitude of the buyers service. I am now looking into small claims court for relief. You have left me no choice.
At this point I have involved the proper authorities for investigation for this entire branch.(IAA Headquarters) They have lied over 2 months holding my vehicles titles and keep u on hold for hours then hang up .i no longer use my account with them and urged my fellow buddies to do the same and since have been with copart which is a ten times better company and far better cordial and respectful staff. I have sent four emails all with respect no derogatory language because im aware that gets u nowhere, but to no avail this company refuses to respect its customers! I spent well over 4 million total with IAA , i am shocked that they dont value my hard earned coin..Please stay away at all vosts
