Happy Nails

I went to Happy Nails (There’s nothing happy of that nail salon) few Days ago to get a retouch on my Ombré Manicure, The person who did my nails was The supposedly nail salon manager and he goes by the name “PRO” From the start he didn’t greet me, I show him a picture of the color I wanted and I ask him options of the color pink, he ignored me and he just kept walking. He brought over one that was super bright pink and a dark Rose pink color and I ask him for a soft pink color and PRO told me the other colors are no Good.nSo I went with one of the colors he choose and to make it worst when I got home, I was putting some things in my closet with no lights and Noticed that my nails were glowing. PRO never told me that the product he was going to put on my nails glow at night. That is just Fraud, as a manager and a Nail technician is his job to accommodate and explain the product that his going to use on the customer. Now every night I’m having glowing nails.nAnother thing the Health Department should come to this place, is not clean and after they finish working on a client they do not disinfect the area or Tools. Pro drop the brush and nail clippers to the floor that he use on me couple of times and never disinfected Nor decided to get a new clean brush, we are leaving in a pandemic time and any place of service needs to keep good hygiene.nI Did call PRO ASAP and I told him about my nails that they are glowing and I did not ask for glowing nails, and I told him if he was aware of that product, his response was YES, if he knew about the product that it glows at night is his responsibility as the Owner and technician to make me aware and let me decide if I approve or not. He had the nerve to say to me that now I have two colors and is nice. No is not Nice, is horrible, is ugly, is embarrassing to walk like a glowing stick and I’m a grown woman to have this on my nails. Pro in very unprofessional, unethical, disrespectful and incompetent, he didn’t care to fix my nails or refund my money back and he hung the phone.nI was bringing my business to this place and some of my friends too, Now no more. If I could I would give them zero stars. The last times that I was there I have seen customers not happy and complaining and they do talk about their customers. Happy Nails Team and Management don’t care about the customer needs or wants they are money hungry, poor service, no I won’t be going there no more and I would never be giving them another chance. I do not recommend this place.

Customer service is good but the person that did my pedicure was rushing cuz to get to a meeting did not cut my cuticles correctly and had the fingernail polish all over my toes. He also went further to tell me that the color I picked didn't go with my complexion since I am so dark. I will not go there again.

The staff was very efficient and it was a pleasant experience. i was in and out in 15 minutes for a gel manicure. Despite the service being very quick, the atmosphere was relaxing. My nails look great and i will be going back!

Great nail salon. They have a lot of staff. Nail techs are nice and friendly prices are decent. I would recommend this place.

My sister and I had an amazing spa day here with great service and clean Mani & Pedi on massage chairs, great complimentary wines. The arm and foot massage was great and manicure and pedicure was awesome. .
