This company is a fraudulent bookkeeping company that provides substandard bookkeeping services, software and overall customer support. I have been using them since May of this year and it took them several months to figure out how to properly put together my income statement. Even after simple problems were fixed There were several mistakes and issues that were made every month. Even after all the issues I had they refused to offer a lower monthly price even though I found several other bookkeepers that were willing to offer their services at those prices. Do not waste your time your time or money.But the customer service from a sales perspective and their bookkeeping professionals are awful!
