Waited for an hour just to be told frank isn't coming back to the office. I called at 2pm to asked what time they closed to be sure I'm not waiting my time. The person told me they closed at 5pm got there at 3pm decided to leave at 4pm after the secretary told me frank is done for the day. If I could I would of rated zero stars never coming back to this business

Completely filed my taxes wrong. He was in a hurry to get to other people even though I was a paying customer. He also messed up my routing numbers and account numbers. After I called him about five times I finally got him on the phone and he was very rude to me even though I never raised my voice and I’m the one who should be upset. I don’t recommend this guy at all. He’s not competent and he’s very unprofessional and rude.

Does not know how to properly file taxes! I went into his office to file my taxes for the 1st time, (I’ve done my own taxes for the last 3yrs but this year I was recommended to him and decided to check him out. I have worked with lawyers and have previous experience helping local community offices filing DACA applications. As a DACA recipient, DACA grantees are not eligible for Obamacare, and they are also exempt from the penalty. Unfortunately, DACA recipients are not considered lawfully present for purposes of Obamacare and therefore are not eligible for Obamacare. They are classified as “exempt noncitizens” that aren’t required to purchase insurance and aren’t required to pay the penalty.nRegardless of what I’ve said and explained, he stated I would still have to pay a penalty for not having insurance for the last 3 months. He stated that regardless of being a DACA recipient/having a SS card, DACA recipients are consider to have insurance and paying a penalty fee. Ive had insurance through my previous employer which is optional of having. Him not knowing, I ran my taxes through turbo tax and Credit Karma before stopping by a few days ago and both match the same tax return (Federal and State) totaling 1,056 for the year. He gave me very different numbers of $745 for both Federal and State plus a 3 mth penalty for not having insurance of $174; which made sense for the total individual penalty for the year of 2018 of $695. Im not sure how much he was going to charge me but do understand that people who are “DACAmented” (people who have Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA) and undocumented immigrants need to know how this rule applies to them so they don’t pay a tax penalty they don’t owe or become a victim of fraud.

He is very professional, he knows what he is doing. He has been doing my taxes for the past 6 years. He did want to rush me and asked me to leave my documents, I did not have any problem because I knew he didn't want to rush me.
