I referred my brother to Luis Plascencia.nHe claimed to be awarded.nWe gave him the first time $1,000.00 so he could get started with our business taxes of which he only pulled transcripts and nothing else.nThen he asked for more money and our taxes were never filed putting us behind.nI referred him to my brother and he doesn’t even respond to my brother or me.nHe still has the paperwork for my brother but since we can’t get a hold of him my brother hasn’t been able to file taxes in years.nWe gave him access to our bank accounts so he could get the info.nI would suggest you think twice before hiring him... I believe people change but until this day he still hasn’t responded and we need our paperwork back.

I had found Luis Plascencia on google and liked that he was awarded and was a professor. He was also very close to home. We requested his services and the first few times everything was well we had our meetings online. We dropped off everything he needed to review at his office and he was supposed to get back to us. We gave him the first $1,000.00 so he could get started with our business taxes. The check was cashed right away and he never answered again. We have tried setting up meetings but are cancelled 30 mins prior to the meeting. We have called his office, his cell phone and emailed him plenty of times and he has not answered. He still has our documents. We believe it's very unprofessional. We all understand that we are currently all going through a rough time, but to not completely answer your clients is unprofessional. I do not recommend his services.

Luis is an excellent accountant, very helpful, understanding and takes you where you are with your taxes and puts everything in order.
