Unfortunately very horrible experience. Willie Moore is unprofessional. He missed 2 appointments. I actually was at the office and he had no feasible excuse, except that he didn't have it in his calendar. In addition, there's another angry man there answering their phones. Lastly, he refused to give me my tax documents back because I decided to do the next year elsewhere. He stated that I had a balance. There was no balance, only the projected balance of the tax year I did NOT file.nnI would not recommend.
