Bill was paid in person with a money order on Monday. They lost it. I had to pay again today to have my water on. Rude and incompetent. Wouldn't admit that they possibly made a mistake.
It is ridiculous, the amount of time it takes to get ahold of this place is insane!! I called as soon as they opened & it took me 15 mins to get someone to answer the phone ... I only gave it one star because it wouldnt let me give it zero. The woman who FINALLY answered the phone was rude & nasty with me . If your calling about your utilities, you might as well just go up there because they have way more important things to do in the morning then answer the damn phone & serve good customer service to their customers smh.
Customer service is awful. A faithful paying customer isn't treated with any respect. Also, trying to turn off because we moved I phyically have to come in to fill a form out by 3 p.m.. Doesn't make since why we can't over the phone, it is inconvenient.
They came and cut off utilities a day before they were even due. Customer service is extremely hateful and unhelpful. Their website for online paying isn't working.
