The phone number takes you to a corporate customer service line. Need a quick answer, not going to happen. Guess Verizon would rather waste your time and save a buck than let customers talk to a store rep.
I have too long of a story to write, but to sum it up my phone was not compatible even though Verizon's system said it was. Andrew was by far the most helpful person there. He was very understanding and did his best (with success) to help me. I would definitely recommend, especially if you get to work with Andrew!
We were experiencing problems with another mobile company. Jose, Verizon in Hodgkins, il helped so much. Please extend my thanks to Jose, who was so professional, kind and understanding and provided us With superior service. Am so happy we switched to Verizon!!

I was in there on the 8th with my brother to get a new line and 2 of the Fold2 phones. We worked with Ariel and left with one phone because it was in stock. Never received the other phone. I've contacted Verizon support 3 times now and gotten different responses from its on its way to we can't locate the order. I tried to call the store and now the recording says its closed until FRIDAY! Today is Saturday. How in the hell does that work?!?! I'm so done with Verizon and thier customer service!!
