The manager who runs this pool is cruel to the employees. My children are scared when at the pool because they hear him yelling constantly. I feel bad for the students who work for Toby Casella because it is an abusive work environment. My niece worked there and quit after a summer saying she has never worked for a worse boss. I think they need to rethink who they pay to run this club.
I love the LFC! I find that it isn’t just a pool and tennis courts, but a community. The staff is amazing and truly takes pride in every aspect of their responsibilities. The grounds are kept in beautiful condition. The tennis offers drills for all levels and ages with lots of open court time. The pros are good natured and fun to have as instructors. The lifeguards are diligent and serious. The pool is monitored and kept clean. The social events have been an added bonus! The food is reasonably priced, with a good variety and my kids love the grilled cheese! The LFC is easy and everything they put together is well executed. This is our third season and my family is completely satisfied and impressed with how well the club Is run.
This is the messiest facility I have stepped foot in in YEARS. I was appalled at the blatant disrepair and neglect and did not even get in the pool because of it. I went on a guest pass of a relative whos a friend and shall NOT be returning!
