This school is named after my grandfather. He was state superintendent in the last 1950s. I visited the school about 10 years ago and enjoyed visiting with the principal, teachers, students, and families.
My son was almost Severely punished because he was attacked on the school bus, hopefully they get someone on their so things like this won't ever happen again! Every year he's High Honor Roll, never a conduct problem, on the Honor Society and they tried to punish him when he came home severely scratched up. If something don't sound right fight for your children! I immediately consulted a lawyer and contacted everyone I could. It was overturned however that punishment shouldn't never been brought to him and for people to make him feel like he did something wrong, still considering on pressing charges!
The school is great and the staff there is very kind and helping. They teach you very great and provide very good care for the students.
