I've taken my kids here for the past couple of years and we are very happy with the swim lessons. The facility is very nice and feels very clean. The instructors are great. My youngest was very afraid to go in the water for her first few lessons and the instructors were always very kind and helpful. Now the instructors will sing Disney songs to them to keep them engaged and happy during their lessons. Highly recommend!

Was here for a party as mermaid entertainment (check out The Joliet Mermaid)... the pool is nice and warm, and the staff was super nice and helpful! I loved that they had a bunch of floats and toys for the kids to play with too!

Very nice and clean facility. The swimming coaches are polite and outgoing. I like that it is very family oriented. They have a large glass window for you to watch your little swimmer, a separate room for kids to play and a huge dry erase board that the kids love to doodle on. However, there are a couple things that couple use some improvements.n1. The locker rooms are too small to accommodate the amount of swimmers. this is a huge inconvenience. It gets very hectic while swimmers are changing after their class just ended and then there are the swimmers whose class is about to start. Literally bumping elbows if not reaching over one another to get into your locker.n2. The front staff could be a little friendlier. They never welcome you with a smile and seem to always be on their phones. I've had to personally ask them to brew some more coffee... I would understand if they were busy but they are never really doing much.
