Went to enjoy an Easter dinner with my boyfriend at Texas RH like we have for the last 6 years.. only this time we went to the Countryside location. Our server was Mars. He greeted us quickly and took our order. Everything was great until I received a salad with hair in it and couldn’t see my server anywhere to ask for a replacement. About 10 minutes later, no exaggeration, another server comes to drop off fried pickles and I ask for another salad to which she promptly had remade for me. Still no Mars. Shortly after I get my new salad, our meals are dropped off by the food runner. Still no Mars. I’m confused because I can see him attending tentatively to all the other tables except us. Halfway through our meal he finally shows to our table and at that point I’m just ready to leave. I was super disappointed in the service we received especially since I was looking forward to enjoying my Easter dinner. I have to say, had he paid more attention I would’ve been happy to give him a substantial tip for working a holiday as that’s part of our tradition. The food however was excellent.

Food is always pretty good. The reason for the three stars is because they always seem to have issues with my to-go orders. Things missing mainly that force me to drive all the way back there. I know there are signs that say check your order but to open every container while on a small bench while people are walking by isn't easy. They should take the time to make sure that every order is correct.

Called in a large family order for pickup. On arrival, I checked in at the window and waited to for our order to be ready. While waiting, I saw a man wearing jeans, a yellow safety vest, and winter wear HUSTLING to get to go orders to pickups and dine ins to their tables. This guy was everywhere!!! Turns out, he was an owner.nnLeading by example is a motto most profess, but few execute. For me, food is food... and the food was good. I write about the quality service received and the demonstrated leadership. Sir, I comment thee and your crew!

The food is delicious! But the online ordering pickup is hit or miss.. I've had online orders that we're right on time, while others were close to 10 minutes late. The quality and quantity of food they give you makes up for this. I will continue to order the great food of Texas Roadhouse

Had Ashley as our server. She was AMAZING. Kept the bread flowing, made my kids happy. Was always around and checked in regularly to make sure we were OK. Kudos to Ashley she will be the reason we return
