Athletico Physical Therapy - Western Springs

I have been a patient at the Athletico in Western Springs for the past few years. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The clinic is a positive place full of people wanting to do everything they can to assist your personal rehab. Over the past couple of years I have spent more time at this Athletico working with Jim and the aids than most people would want to spend at physical therapy, but I have never not wanted to show up for an appointment. The staff and the environment the have created make this Athletico the amazing place it is.

Over the years I have had PT numerous times and without question my experience at the Athletico in Western Springs has been superb! The front desk staff (Kylie), therapy assistant (Nick) and the therapist (Jack) have been extremely professional and helpful in my recovery. I truly feel like they care and are dedicated to my safety (especially during Covid times) and continued improvement.

Shannon, who works the front desk, is fantastic. She has always been so helpful and so welcoming every time i came in. Ryan, who was my physical therapist, was great. I worked with him post back surgery and he was so patient, very know, and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend seeing him for physical therapy.

My problem was a torn meniscus and therapy was recommended. Ryan was my primary therapist (along with Jim and Bill) and did an awesome job with explaining the problem and dutifully watching me do my exercises correctly. He listened to all my concerns and matched the program with actions needed for my job. I highly recommend this site with its wonderful staff (Shannon included).

I would highly recommend Athletico in Western Springs. I've had a great experience with the clinical team in Jim and Ryan as well as the office coordinator Shannon helping me to accommodate a busy schedule. I had hip surgery almost 2 years ago and started feeling some discomfort this fall so I was referred to see Jim for some work on my overall biomechanics. Jim and Ryan have been amazing. Both listen to my concerns and goals and help create a treatment plan to meet these goals They also have been extremely helpful in identifying daily actives that contribute to my pain and providing ways to alter my actives. Dry Needling has also been extremely helpful in my treatment.
