Athletico Physical Therapy - Countryside

Athletico in Countryside met and truly exceeded my expectations. They came highly recommended by a co-worker. When you enter you experience a very organized and clean facility. Every time you turn around every machine, table and surface that was used is being wiped down. You are greeted by a very friendly receptionist, Jenna. Nicolas, Angel and Betty are always there to assist you during therapy and always concerned that you are comfortable and have everything you need. My Therapist was Michelle, who by far is the most knowledgeable Therapist I have ever met. Michelle is a caring individual who is very receptive to all of your questions and concerns. Michelle is a highly motivated individual who works hard to see that you achieve your goals with their team. Michelle ensures you have a thorough understanding of your injury and how the physical therapy will improve your condition and your quality of life. Everyone is always cheerful, polite, supportive and professional. I would not only highly recommend but say if you need physical therapy this is the only place I would go to. I can’t thank you guys enough for making this such a pleasant experience.

The Athletico in Countryside is an amazing facility with an incredible staff service. Everyone there has great costumer service.nThis was my first time doing physical therapy and I was a bit nervous about the process at first, not knowing what to expect. Thankfully, I had a very supportive team to work with. They were patient, supportive, knowledgeable, and understanable. The staff is very dedicated, and caring towards their clients needs. I am a college student and I went in during my winter break to rehab my knee surgery and it was everything I was hoping for. Even for the short period of time I was there for, they were very concise and helpful in what I would be doing to get better from the day I first got there to the day I got discharged. It was also very easy and convenient to set up appointments, even on such a short notice. There’s a nice group of people that work here and I would definitely recommend people of all ages to come here for any type of physical therapy/rehabilitation purposes.

All of the staff are great. I have been in multiple times and they are always very helpful with getting me back on track. Jen really helps find the right exercise to do and makes sure you are doing it properly and at a pace that works for you. The staff really makes the experience personal and takes the time to know you and your limitations.

I have been to many rehab centers over the past few decades for multiple joint replacements. This is by far the best one I have been to. Michele was wonderful. She was thorough and explained everything. She explained what my doctor‘’s orders meant and made sure that I understood everything. I look forward to completing my plan of care with her.
