This pharmacy is outstanding. Theresa, the pharmacist, is extremely knowledgeable and very patient with any questions about medications. I am very impressed with the service here!

Where do I begin.....well I worked in the pharmacy at this location, started off good but then just became a hot mess. There was NEVER enough staff, I was always scheduled to close. The pharmacy tech named Carla who hates her job clearly and is there still working there for 17 years always did the schedule even though its the managers job to do it. Carla has her grandson working in the pharmacy which is a conflict of interest for relatives to work in the same department together BY LAW!!! She'd always and still does give her grandson and his friends any and all hours they wanted. The manager Theresa seemed to not care and didn't do anything about it, she was a careless manager in my opinion. There is also a pharmacist named Maria who hated everyone and was and probably still SUPER picky she only liked you if you were a pharmacy intern. The Union rep for my location SUCKED he didn't care about anyone's concerns just cared about making money worthless!! Don't work for this Jewel Osco Pharmacy they are a mess!! Your better off working for another retail pharmacy or a hospital!

Showed up with a very uncommon prescription and was given nice customer service and they even called another Jewel Osco that might have been able to provide me with the Rx.
