Dave walked us through the repairs including providing a drawing and detailed explanation of each element of the repair. As the work progressed, Dave gave us email updates. The finished product was so much better than we could have hoped; his workmanship and creativity not only repaired the piece but restored it to its Day One brilliance. From the personal service to the expert craftsmanship, Caffray Jewellers far exceeded our expectations.
Amazing service. I truly appreciate that these professionals respect both customers and the pieces that they deal with as a team (client and the professional artists). CJ and Dave respect this, and help clients to move the piece forward- whether a new design, a re-purposed piece, or in buying something new (usually an original Caffrey design).
When entering the store, I was greeted warmly. I have shopped there before and I was remembered. I had a simple problem and it was adjusted on the spot and at no cost. This is customer service at it's best and I shall continue to be a repeat customer.
