I had a fantastic experience at Razny jewelers when I visited their store in Hinsdale, Illinois.nnI would like to thank Cassandra and Lois for giving me the best solution to make the correct decision on the service of my Tudor timepiece.nnBoth were very professional dealing with customers who came into the store. Both made you feel welcome and were interested in finding a solution to your needs.nnI once again thank Cassandra and Lois for their fantastic service and both are a credit to Razny jewelers.nnBecause of their service, Razny will be at the top of my list for future purchases and watch repair. I hope one day I will be able to meet them without having to wear a mask.

Christmas shopping took me in to Razny Jewelers this year. Lois helped me find the perfect pair of earrings for my daughter-in-law! After Christmas, I returned for help with earrings of my own that were tangled from moving. Again, Lois was able to help. My earrings were as good as new, and with no charge. Razny has gorgeous jewelry and offers a very safe shopping environment. The personable, professional staff make it the optimal experience!

Lois is AMAZING. My husband and I went through a quite stressful experience with another jeweler. We called Razny and Lois answered with such enthusiasm and personality that we couldn’t wait to come in! We came and met with her, found a ring, and fell in love with it. Lois explained everything to us including the basics of diamonds, pricing, financing, and walking us through the appraisal process of our old piece. We loved Lois and everyone who helped us with financing and info at Razny. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you Lois and thank you Razny! We are so happy!

Lois is the best of the best! She treats us like we are family every time we walk through the door. The store is gorgeous and they have a beautiful selection of jewelry
