Karat jewelry group is highly recommended by me and my wife. We loved the simplicity of working with the owners. They made everything easy without mountains of beaurocracy like you get everywhere else. They worked on the ring without even taking a deposit! Their work was exactly as discussed and for a price that could not be found anywhere else. If you want any customization on your ring come here. You will get quality custom work for a price comparable to mass produced rings. Out of all our wedding vendors I recommend Karat the most. Also, I know it's impossible to figure out what reviews are legitimate or not online, I've been so frustrated trying to sift through the paid reviewers when considering products, this one is real!! You can take that to the bank!

Anton was AMAZING!! Couldn’t have made the process any easier for us. He created the exact ring that we were looking for and helped us every step of the way. He went above and beyond to ensure that we received exactly what we wanted. 150% would recommend!! I visited Karat Jewelry in Hinsdale to get three pieces of jewelry appraised for insurance purposes. They were professional, reasonably priced and very quick. I came back after several hours and the appraisals were excellent.

From the moment we met Mark and the team at Karat Jewelry group, we knew we were in good hands. We had done a bit of research prior to stepping into their showroom. We had researched stones and settings and knew what we would like the engagement ring to look like which entailed a vintage inspired design. Mark designed various prototypes we could look at in deciding on the final ring. Our custom ring came out beautiful and was more than we could have hoped for! We highly recommend Karat Jewelry Group!

Absolutely fantastic service. They tweaked the ring to be exactly how I wanted and then made it in half the usual time so that I could receive it in time for a special birthday. Was a little concerned about ordering internationally but the experience was made to be speedy and faultless. Would highly recommend.
