The staff is very friendly and willing to help in any way needed. No one likes to go to a physiatrist but it's often a necessity and the Doctors and staff make it very comfortable for you.

I've been going to BBH for several years. I can say that most of the doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Social workers are pleasant to work with. The front office staff is where most of my issues lie in that they are unfriendly and always act like I am bothering them.
