Got my second ear piercing the lady that helped was amazing!! I wish I got her name she was funny and sweet. She also pierced my ears perfectly.

Took my girls for their first Claire's experience and was very disappointed.nThe store was about half the size you'd expect and when my 3 year old had to go potty they suggested Starbucks and lost my business.nThe boutique next door understands the value of keeping patrons inside and has a nice bathroom and children's play area.nGo back to the mall Claire's, Burr Ridge doesn't need you if you don't understand customer service.
