Very rude experience in canceling my policy and not to mention i was waisting his time after being hung up on, the response I got in return was that i didn’t ask any questions and that he has 30+ yrs experience and that he didn’t deserve the treatment I was giving him. Did I mention I was hung up on, no clarity as to confirming my policy cancellation or what I could possibly be owed. His response was he wouldn’t know how to answer my questions when i simply called in to cancel and that he wouldn’t know how much i would be due, if i should know when payments get deducted from my account. Needless to say informed the person i would not get to his level of rudeness and I did also file a complaint directly to AllState informing them that they have an extremely rude person representing their company.
