Great selection of tile. Went in to check a specific tile I saw online. Was not expecting the amount of options they offered. Staff was great and extremely helpful. They helped me with what I needed plus advice on my first tile project. They loaded my trailer up with everything I bought and I was on my way. Returned what I didn't use no questions asked. Definitely will be returning here when I need anymore tile.
My husband and I have been shopping for tile for our home. Alex was so helpful and knowledgeable!!! He assisted us and addressed all of our concerns. Floor and decor is very lucky to have an employee like Alex!! He provides exceptional customer service and is an asset to this company!!
Decent pricing but even more so phenomenal selection of tile and flooring. We have shopped a few places now and it’s nice to have such a large selection to choose from. I love my options and hating feeling like I have to choose from the best out of 3. Here, it’s more like best out of 10.
