Fuller's Auto Repair

I really don't like writing a bad review of a place we always use for our oil changes, but I feel like it was too frustrating to ignore. I am giving 2 stars because the oil change was fine (they didn't properly fill my tire, but it's fine) but paying was not. The woman at the counter was ok at first, but then she was completely unprofessional. Here's what happened: I went to pay and they were only using one computer and not the one with the credit card machine, they could only swipe my card, not use the chip reader. Well it turns out that my Bank of America debit card won't work if it's just swiped, you have to use the chip. They kept trying, but it was giving an error (that's what she said at first, but then she said it was declined) so I call the bank. They said what I already knew. The bank never got any transactions that were declined, so it never went through. It was clearly a problem on their end. She kept telling me that other cards worked on it. I asked if they could simply use the other register with the chip reader, and the manager said no because the owner wouldn't be happy. They suggested I use the ATM. I really did not want to pay the ATM fee, I know my card was fine so why should I? Well, since their ATM was out of service, I had to walk next door to PNC to stand outside in the drive through (between cars too) and it was cold and windy out. The cashier was rolling her eyes during all this BTW. The manager was nice, but he could see how she was acting and he ignored that. He at least took off the $3.50 charge for the ATM fee, but seriously? You couldn't just use the other register? And never an apology, just eye rolling and huffing from the cashier. Fullers, you lost customers because your customer service is awful.

great service for oil change. quick and efficient. i do wish some of the workers would actually wear masks though...

I love this place! They are such nice and honest workers. They help me with everything and give me options and explain the whole nine yards.nThis is the only place I feel comfortable asking questions about my car and getting it checked up .

Service is always good cheap & fast

Super fast oil changes, clean and friendly. Plus you also get a free car wash with the oil change!! Never going back to the dealer.
