Our hot water heater suddenly started making noise and leaking water on a Sunday. We called RPHC, who came out within 45 minutes....Was very knowledgeable and professional. Handled the situation, gave us our options. He called the following morning with information for us, we ordered a new hot water heater and they installed it that day.nHighly recommend them for routine maintenance and repairs. Honest and reliable.

I had a nasty clog in my kitchen sink. Because it backed up dishwasher and other pains I called several plumbers. Riverside was busy and another outfit came out.nnThe other outfit offered no expertise, said they could jet it ($650) but didn’t have the equipment (could come another day) and offered no long term fix.nnRiverside freed up and was able to make it out. The plumber fixed it within 30 minutes, described how to fix problem long term and offered other plumbing insights. It’s wonderful to get some expertise in this world.
