I have been a long time patient of Amy and she is someone I feel extremely comfortable speaking with, being attentive of my questions and concerns. She puts her patients first and gets to know them on a personal level. Her office is very welcoming and I always come out having a positive experience. Amy is an amazing PA and I would highly recommend her!

I’ve have been a patient of Amy for over 15 years. She is absolutely incredible, kind, understanding, and compassionate person you will ever meet with. I had 3 very rough pregnancies and she was by my side for each. Any worry/concern I had she was there to put me at ease. Amy is the type of PA that takes her time with you and never makes you feel like a number. I highly recommend her to any woman out there! I promise you will only love everything about her!

Have been a long time patient of Amy's at CR Medical Group in New Lenox. Sad she had to move into woman's heath at Lagrange but I know that in area of medicine she is always there for her patients. She is a very caring person that always wants whats best for her patients. I would highly recommend her for anyone that is looking for great PA in women's health.

I have been going to Amy for years, she is an amazing PA. Amy has always took the time to listen and help me. I had two babies with her and hands down she is the best. I would recommend her 100%.

I have been going to Amy and Dr Multack for years. Amy is always so nice and comfortable to speak with. She was there to help me with my infertility issues. I have never had one bad experience in their office. Thank you guys!!
