Nancy is the amazing!nLong story short, Doctor sent a medication to different Walgreens but they were sold out, so we transferred it to this location. It was complicated issue with our doctor. She finally sent it to this location and Nancy was very helpful over the phone. Then I went to go pick up the medication and I was being charged for the medicine when normally there’s no charge. Nancy was very helpful and understood my concern so she quickly and kindly figured out the problem. Meanwhile an older male pharmacist in the background kept saying “it’s their insurance, it’s changed and doesn’t cover it. The insurance is covering most of it. It’s an issue with the policy.”nnWell Nancy was very kind and called our normal Walgreens and found out why the charge was happening, turns out it was an issue with brand name vs generic. So thanks to Nancy we figured out the issue and there was no charge like usual. The pharmacy should be thankful to have her. She was very helpful and kind. The older gentlemen just seemed to be in a bad mood.

Self professed walgreens-aholic...ok ok, not just self, i have gone public,my family,friends, cashiers, no walgreens is my walmart..lol..and don't get in line behind me,esp.back when they had coupons, made many NON friends, and even lost a few family members, with me going thru check out. Haha...Stay safe,, make the best of what you can, with what you've got...

The manager here said he does not enforce face mask because he’s not playing the police so when I came this morning there was plenty of people with out a mask. If you can’t enforce government mandates then I don’t think you should be a Mananger. Walgreens can find a more dedicated employee who can manage this store. I will be reporting to corporate as well.
